Ammons Properties are run by low-life scum. They will rent you a dirty, nastyt, filthy home, then steal your deposit when you leave. They are dishonest, rude, uneducated, scoundrels. The only purpose is to rip off people and make money off run down properties that are an embarrassment to the city. They rent to low income, latinos and criminals. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I DID. i AM TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR TRIPLE THE DEPOSIT. It has been over 30 days, no contact, no refund. SEE YOU IN COURT.
